Movies from a youth exchange
From August 20th till August 27th, Luxembourg-City was the host of the international non-professional movie festival UNICA. Participants had the opportunity to see movies during the hole week, take part to some excursions, and to participate at the opening- and closing banquet. It's been already the 73rd edition of this festival which was created in the 1930s. This year's edition was also the opportunity to welcome 30 youngsters from all over Europe during the week for a youth exchange. As a member of the organisation comittee, I had the pleasure to co-organise this exchange together with Adrien Promme from the Service National de la Jeunesse. Now that the event is finished, I really would like to thank those youngsters for the incredible ambiance and the good work they realised.

Just for fun...
During the first days of the UNICA Youth Week, the youngsters participated in special workshops hold by professional movie makers where they learned how to work with camera, ligntning and editing. The clips below are the result of "test-sequences" or have just been shot for fun.
